The Homeowners Assocation (HOA) of Winterset 1B, located in Owings Mills, Maryland, is pleased to offer this web site as a resource to the community. There are 152 homes in Winterset 1B, many backing to trees. There are also several common areas, one containing a playground opened 10am to dusk. The community is located close to 795, 695, Baltimore Metro, and several shopping centers.
